WARNING!!
WARNING!!! This company is being investigated for shady business practices by Congress. They charge money without telling their customers. GET DIRECT DEPOSIT. The customer service will not help you. They will make you fill out a bunch of information, drag out every sentence as long as they can and repeat everything you say and make you repeat everything you say just to not help you in the end. Look them up on youtube. All negative reviews on YouTube.

Worst delivery app EVER I'm finally that person stating that if…
I'm finally that person stating that if I could give less than a star review, I would. We just attempted to order a delivery using toast. We clicked on delivery, and it somehow confirmed "pick up"! We then called the restaurant to cancel it and they indicated that we need to follow up with Toast. We followed up with Toast and they told us that only the restaurant could cancel it. Actual POS POS.
I sigh everytime I see a place that switched to toast. Means my card isn’t going to work there. It’s phenomenally annoying as a customer when my routine gets all messed up cause now I can’t pay for my food or drinks. It’s the only payment processing set up in my area that has any issues with my cards, so as a business owner, beware of that. Some of your regulars might just have to find alternative ways to pay you. Which seems stupid being that’s the entire point of the POS.
