"The best (free) MySQL client/IDE"

What do you like best about Toad Edge? I tried a bunch of free clients for MySQL, looking for something that provided a tree-style sidebar of the database schema, autocompletion, syntax highlighting and code folding. Toad was, by far, the best of the free options--there's not a ton that it won't do (and do very well). What do you like best about Toad Edge? Awesome tool for handling large databases and connecting to other interfaces using an intermediate layer. What do you dislike about Toad Edge? "User Friendly SQL Tooling"

What do you like best about Toad Edge? Toad is extremely user friendly. From the moment I jumped into using Toad (at the time having nearly zero experience with SQL) I was able to easily grasp and effectively utilize the tools at hand. Beyond usability Toad provides a wealth of customization tools that I find to be very pleasant. "Awesome product, easy to use and has some really nice features"

What do you like best about Toad Edge? I have used TOAD for both MySQL and Oracle development. The auto-complete feature is very nice and the tool comes ready with SQL highlighting / formatting. TOAD also has some neat features to compare databases and script out the difference. I have found this to be quite useful. "Great, Great Tool"

What do you like best about Toad Edge? By far the BEST database management tool on the market. I used this for a few years back about 5 years ago and it was awesome then and even better now. Real easy to set up and get going. What do you dislike about Toad Edge? Seems to me that once Dell purchased them, the price went up, so you are paying a premium for this tool.
