"So far love TINYpulse"

What do you like best? I love when we receive positive feedback from the team. What do you dislike? I dislike how over complicated the user interface feels from the admin perspective What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving problems with the way we work together, and how people are acknowledged for their good work.

"Keeping People Happy "

What do you like best? I like that we have a secure safe space for employees to share their thought with management. It gives people who don't normally feel comfortable speaking up a platform! What do you dislike? I do not really have a dislike. I know this is not helpful but most it is all great! Recommendations to others considering the product: In risk management employee engagement is huge in controlling risk. We encourage all clients to use this service! What problems are you solving ...

"Ongoing data review of employee experience"

What do you like best? TINYpulse Engage allows us to see our employees' thoughts and feedback in real-time. With regular questions, we can see trends as they are happening, and can know what we're doing well and what we need to address on an ongoing basis. What do you dislike? While the ongoing feedback from our employees is helpful to our organization, it can seem overwhelming to the employees at times to be constantly receiving questions. We've updated our question cadence to every two ...

"It has given our employees a voice and an opportunity to not only give suggestions, but cheer others"

What do you like best? The opportunity to know what our employees are feeling/thinking at any given time. What do you dislike? When my employees do not take advantage of the opportunity to have their voice heard and to cheer on others. Recommendations to others considering the product: You must be willing to actively work the data, believe that employee voice is important, and that be able to convince employees that this is truly anonymous. What problems are you solving with the product? ...

What benefits have you realized? Employee engagement with the organization. Cheers for Peers has been a really ...

"Nifty tool for getting a quick look at engagement"

What do you like best? It is intuitive for users and very quick to leave just a simple response, yet it also allows "engaged" users to leave much more detailed info (through open text boxes). What do you dislike? I think it would work better with larger companies because it is SO anonymous that it's hard to tell if 1 response is an outlier or an indicator of a bigger issue that needs to be addressed. Recommendations to others considering the product: Just give it a try; it's really nice and ...
