"Our company uses Tinypulse every day! It's a huge part of our culture!"

What do you like best? The ability employers have to utilize TP as a tool to create a positive culture with transparency, recognition and fun being our driving force! What do you dislike? Reporting abilities-TP is a little slow to keep up with the user's reporting needs. Larger and more complex reports needed. Recommendations to others considering the product: Partner with your Tinypulse rep to determine what the best decision for your business is. What problems are you solving with the ...

"So excited to recommend TINYpulse"

What do you like best? I love the interface and Livepulse, however I really like that employees are engaged through the suggestions and the Cheers for Peers sections. What do you dislike? My managers have had some trouble navigating the site, but with training they have caught on well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Two-way communication with staff and between staff and managers!

"One of the best employee engagement tools there is!"

What do you like best? I love how TINYpulse gives our team members the opportunity to participate in the decisions our company makes and gives them a platform to let us know how we are doing! What do you dislike? We have are filters by department and site and currently we can not see the responses by site. That would make the world of difference for us to see by site. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are really working to find out how happy ...

"TinyCon 2019"

What do you like best? Loved the presenters on Day 1. Its was great to hear real life use cases. The group activity was great to share best practices, challenges and new ideas . What do you dislike? So far nothing other then day one being of short duration. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Just trying the keep apprised of the pulse of a diverse remote workforce. When employees are not co-located in a physical office space it's more challenging ...

"Why TINYpulse?"

What do you like best? TINYpulse is a tool that helps our employees feel that they have a say in our organization, which in turns makes them know they are valued. Their thoughts, their ideas and suggestions are heard and important to the organization. It is also a tool that can help us grow as an organization simply by the suggestions that our employees make. We want to know what they are thinking, what they need, and we especially want them to be happy at work. We want our staff to know ...

"FANTASTIC!"

What do you like best? A transparent platform for employees to provide feedback What do you dislike? Retention seems inaccurate for small companies. Its great that you are able to select your reason for termination but it is not reflected in the statistics. Recommendations to others considering the product: DO IT! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Practicing what we preach on transparency from both employer and employees.

"TINYpulse is legit!"

What do you like best? I love using TINYpulse coach to track and log my monthly progress. It makes 1:1's so incredibly easy and come time to annual review, you have an entire years worth of work in one place. Love it! What do you dislike? It can be difficult to navigate the cheers for peers. I want to make giving a shout out as easy as possible. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
