What do you like best? I am amazed at the functionality and applicability of the product and how it can be used to make meaningful business decisions. it is more than just a survey tool. What do you like best? I love the cheers section of TP! It's a wonderful way for our employees to recognize others or get recognized themselves. We stream the cheers board to TVs in our lounge so that it's visible at all times. We also integrated with slack so cheers are posted in a channel. What do you dislike? 1. What do you like best? Easy way to anonymously provide feedback to senior management. What do you dislike? Feedback from users can only be provided with text. No options to add pictures, polls etc What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Senior management has used it to gauge how staff feel about certain issues and make decisions based on that.

What do you like best? The questions and platform are great and easy to use. I very nice place to get started gathering meaningful employee feedback What do you dislike? As an admin with several different accounts the UI needs a little work. It's a little buggy and sometimes hard to find what I need. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're working on developing a more healthy organizational culture where all employees feel valued.

What do you like best? A transparent platform for employees to provide feedback What do you dislike? Retention seems inaccurate for small companies. Its great that you are able to select your reason for termination but it is not reflected in the statistics. Recommendations to others considering the product: DO IT! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Practicing what we preach on transparency from both employer and employees.
