What do you like best? I like that it allows us to reach out to teams to see what is working well and what is not. Providing the anonymity to give feedback and make improvements that help boost the morale around the office. TINYpulse Suggestions have streamlined our internal communication, helped us build trust between employees and management and added accountability across the entire organization. Employees understand that they are accountable for voicing their ideas or concerns if they want to see change and management is accountable for taking action on the submissions. What do you like best? it goes company wide, everyone will get an email pertaining to the survey of the week or the day. it can be frustrating to have to take the time out of the day to complete this task. "A good tool to keep in touch with your team's overall "

What do you like best? I've really enjoyed using the "Cheers" feature, being able to recognize others on the team for going above and beyond. I think a lot of people on the team enjoy this, both being able to give "shout outs", as well as receiving acknowledgment of having done something exceptional. What do you dislike? What do you like best? TinyPulse allows me to have a constant pulse of how our employees are doing. It is simple to interact with our employees and we have seen lots of actionable change as a result of our employees using TinyPulse. What do you dislike? I wish we could reward employees for using TinyPulse. However this shows just how anonymous TinyPulse is. We can't see who is filling out surveys or how long someone's streak is! What do you like best? We love that TINYpulse empowers our employees tp provide direct, honest, anonymous feedback that wouldn't necessarily be shared in face to face contexts. The Cheers for Peers and Wall of Wins functions give us a way to encourage peer to peer feedback and link feedback to action What do you dislike? We had to limit our licenses initially because of budget constraints. The prices is very fair but we're looking to expand access this year. What problems are you solving ...
