What do you like best? TinyPULSE engage is a great tool to survey your employees regularly to measure engagement. The onboard module is a great tool to track engagement of new hires and ensure that they are getting the support needed during their first 90 days. The fact that employee responses are anonymous is one of the key benefits of the tool. "Wonderful engagement tool - gives a great view of what's going on inside the organization!"

What do you like best? TinyPulse is very easy to utilize. It is interactive for users (employees) and as an administrator within the platform. It provides wonderful insight into the minds of our employees. What do you dislike? Sometimes it feels overwhelming because it is capable of so much. What do you like best? Like that their are templates that we can use. What do you dislike? Not a dislike, but do wish there were quick help videos inside Tiny Pulse... When I took over TinyPulse for our firm, i had to learn a lot on my own, but it would have been nice to have a training (maybe TinyPulse does and I don't know about it). What do you like best? New format and ability to create customized surveys. What do you dislike? Auto renewal. We did not have the opportunity to renew based on actual usage. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Engagement with COVID and candid feedback.

What do you like best? The ability to seek insight deeply into the team members thoughts about specific topics we want to learn more about. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The tool makes it easy for employees to anonymously share ideas, give feedback and weigh-in on their personal level of engagement. What do you dislike? I hate to say "nothing" but everytime I do run into something and I reach out to the TinyPulse support team it is usually something they can tweak easily or it is already on their product roadmap.
