What do you like best about Limeade Listening? You can change questions, segments, timing, formats so easily--the TinyPulse program is incredibly flexible and dynamic. I like that you can sprinkle fun questions in with serious ones. What do you dislike about Limeade Listening? I would like to see Cheers feeds and comments visible to users in real time instead of in Shareback links only. What do you like best about Limeade Listening? TINYpulse is simple to use from both an administrative and employee experience perspective. Customer service is best in class. From implementation to the day-to-day support, I am always able to get my questions answered quickly. The pulse is easy and hands-off with the auto cadence you can select. "Creates A Stronger Work Culture"
What do you like best about Limeade Listening? TinyPulse eliminates egos and forces you to hear the people who are keeping your company going. It forces ownership and but you have to make it a priority to arm people with the power to also bring constructive ideas in order to find solutions. "Great content- format could use a bit of improvement"
What do you like best about Limeade Listening? The presenters had great information, especially Omar Shahine! What do you dislike about Limeade Listening? There were no breaks between sessions. 8 AM- 11 AM is a long time to go without being able to step away for a second. I know they provide recorded versions after, but I don't want to re-watch every presentation to find out if I missed anything in my 5 minute bathroom break. A brief 5 minutes between presenters would be so much better. ...

"TinyPulse - It's great, but could use more analytics"
What do you like best? Out of box features that comes out of box... What do you dislike? Lack of key industry performance metrics like 360 reviews and such. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use Tinypulse to gauge and collect feedback is great, but for anything else like conducting reviews other tools should be considered. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cultural for the most part.

I wish all the features were available for the basic membership, but I understand about premium rates. "Great Potential"
What do you like best? I like the easy layout and the weekly Pulse cadence. Makes it fast and easy for employees to give ongoing feedback. What do you dislike? We were apparently a beta client for the baseline survey, which I was not aware of. There have been some flaws in the rollout including a change in rating systems which makes comparing progress difficult. Our customer service team did work with us to re-calculate original responses to the new scale but it took months. Recommendations ...

What do you like best? Get straight to the point with an overall feedback What do you dislike? Some times the wording can be misunderstood ...not everyone thinks/speak in a sophisticated phrase Recommendations to others considering the product: To get a better handle on the overall company What problems are you solving with the product? "Tiny Pulse, Big Heart"
What do you like best? Anonymous suggestions. It give people confidence to suggest things they may normally not in a open forum. The pulse survey is a close second. Again allows me to feel valued as a employee and engage with the company. What do you dislike? Cheers feed can sometimes be a drag to search through.
