"TINYpulse allows us to literally keep a pulse on the feelings about and energy toward our company."

What do you like best about Limeade Listening? TINYpulse Engage allows us to get a better understand of our team members and how they're feeling, in any given season. "Great way to stay connected in the WFH era"

What do you like best about Limeade Listening? TINYPulse is a great way to recognize your team members and be able to call out specific things they did to contribute to pushing the needle forward. Sometimes it can feel awkward to praise someone directly over email or a chat function so it's nice to have TINY dedicated to this purpose and also allows "admin" or "management" the oversight to see where their team goes above and beyond. "Great Way to receive feedback from employees"

What do you like best about Limeade Listening? I love the anonymous feedback that I can receive from my employees. It truly helps me make better decisions when implementing new company ideas. What do you dislike about Limeade Listening? Least helpful? I would say that there is not anything that really stands out. What problems is Limeade Listening solving and how is that benefiting you? Receiving truthful feedback from employees. It has greatly benefited our company and made us more productive.

What do you like best about Limeade Listening? I enjoy the simplicity of using the platform to send thanks, praise and shout-outs to colleagues for any help and advice given, or just to recognise a job well done in support of the team. NB. What do you like best about Limeade Listening? The ability for employees to respond anonymously encourages honest feedback and suggestions. We use the private responses to show responsiveness and encouragement. We also will add 'for fun' questions into the mix. "Keep your finger on the pulse of your team's emotional state easily"

What do you like best about Limeade Listening? With weekly "pulses" our team is easily able to give feedback anonymously and leadership can address concerns or otherwise provide more clarity proactively. It measures regularly the social pulse of the company in the form of tiny but relevant questions that the employees can answer anonymously. What do you like best about Limeade Listening? The onboard process was so simple and easy. I love that our employees love it and that we finally have a way to measure engagement beyond an annual survey.
