What do you like best? What I like best about Tiny Pulse is that you are able to give suggestions and stay annonomyus. What do you dislike? What I dislike is that some of the questions are uncomfortable to answer. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? TinyPulse has really created an opportunity to freely share my thoughts and opinions on important issues with management. It allows for managers to respond to comments and have a dialogue while associates remain anonymous. This has been particularly beneficial in a workplace that has a large amount of gossip and favoritism as management is working to rebuild based on the comments and feedback they receive. What do you like best? The system allows you to create your own questions and filter responses easily. They continually add new features like onboarding questions and exit surveys (which are optional). A great way to dig into what's happening at your organization. What do you dislike? There is no way to turn off the comment boxes which allows people to share any and all feedback, whether relevant or not.
