"Insights and Data Trends"

What do you like best? 3 great resources - Surveys, Suggestions & Peer-to-Peer Recognition. What do you dislike? Very little not to like. I look forward to it expanding and offering additional questions. Hard for employees who don't have web enabled mobile devices or computers. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Working to improve culture in areas of communication, trust and feedback. Was a great solution for peer to peer appreciation.

"Real time pulse"

What do you like best? Love the fact we get our employee feedback in real time. Helps us manage any potential issues quickly and ensure our employee's feel heard and felt. What do you dislike? Would like more questions in the data base to choose from. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Increase employee engagement and understand our current challenges

"Great, but get your bosses to buy in"

What do you like best? Super easy to use. Great dashboards. Ability to swap users. Up vote user suggestions. What do you dislike? I could implement some employee suggestions, but others were out of my control, which led to a sharp decline in suggestions Recommendations to others considering the product: The anonymous conversation feature made it worth every dollar Get an executive sponsor What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Turnover in highly ...

"Great tool to get a pulse on Employee Engagement"

What do you like best? I like that we can have see results by segments (company divisions). It is very helpful to see how our company compares to other company benchmarks. They have hundreds of canned suggested questions. What do you dislike? The downside to segments is that you have to have a minimum of 5 responses from each segment to see individual benchmarks. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? One of our company goals is to decrease ...

"Great Product"

What do you like best? It is a simply way to gather feedback from my employees who are all over the country. What do you dislike? I don't really trust the onboarding and off boarding metrics yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are soliciting ideas for change from our employees and taking action on those ideas. For example the addition of new benefits or improvements to processes.

"Handy and easy to navigate"

What do you like best? It's easy to navigate, I don't feel like anything is difficult to find. What do you dislike? I don't have any complaints about TinyPulse at the moment. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We had a culture of complaining about things without actually doing anything to solve them, and now we can utilize TinyPulse to get people to tell us what they're having a problem with, make a suggestion to fix it and then we let everyone ...

"TinyPulse helps our company stay in touch with our employees"

What do you like best? TinyPulse offers a mostly anonymous way to ask questions to employees and receive suggestions. It also encourages employees to praise each other with Cheers. What do you dislike? Segmenting in a smallish company can be awkward since it's easy to guess who answered. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use TinyPulse to gage employee morale and check in about goals and issues.

"Good, but needs to be more customizable"

What do you like best? I really like that you can have an anonymous dialogue back and forth with employees. What do you dislike? There is an extreme lack of customization. You should be able to control the day and time your survey goes out. You should be able to send more than one a week. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting feedback on what people think about our company

"Tiny Pulse - great way to get feedback"

What do you like best? Able to get feedback quickly, cheers for peers, customizable. What do you dislike? I don't really dislike anything about the product. I've found it easy to use. Recommendations to others considering the product: I recommend giving the questions a lot of thought. I found when I used the provided questions, it didn't give me the feedback I could really use. I found customizing the question to what was hot and giving open ended responses helped considerably. It takes ...

"Nice App - shame about overall client engagement"

What do you like best? The app is easy to use and delivers solid performance and good insights What do you dislike? Tiny Pulses own engagement which is poor at best. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps to drive an engagement culture and engender trust in teams where this has not previously been the case
