"Great tool"

What do you like best about Limeade Listening? Easy to use and reliable. It has given me more insight about how employees feel, and best of all that they feel confident since it is anonymous. What do you dislike about Limeade Listening? That you can't manually send reminders to employees to fill the pulse What problems is Limeade Listening solving and how is that benefiting you? Culture: it has given us insight of where to direct our efforts.

What do you like best about Limeade Listening? Seeing the different responses. I feel they are honest and helpful. I appreciate giving employees an avenue to be heard. I am not familiar with other platforms but this one works for us. What do you dislike about Limeade Listening? "Great Experience"

What do you like best about Limeade Listening? The different presenters. They each brought an additional insight to engagements What do you dislike about Limeade Listening? Nothing that I didn't like. I thought it was great information What problems is Limeade Listening solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to see suggestions from many employees. This allows us to have conversations and open the company up for new ideas

What do you like best about Limeade Listening? I love the gifs in cheers for peers! It adds a dynamic approach to recognizing your coworkers. And it makes it fun! What do you dislike about Limeade Listening? I dislike, as a super admin, that suggestions cannot have an approval before submission. "Helpful way to get regular feedback from your team!"

What do you like best about Limeade Listening? Easy to set up with a fairly intuitive UI. We mainly use weekly "pulse" one question check-ins, and occasionally do longer surveys as well. Appreciate that it's anonymous but that you can still see data from different groups of folks. The pulse surveys have industry data to compare your own with, and it's easy to select different questions or move them around to show up on different weeks. What do you like best about Limeade Listening? It is easy for employees to respond in a timely fashion. You can respond directly from the email in your inbox without needing to log in. What do you dislike about Limeade Listening? I wish we had more insights into the scores. How to improve, etc. What problems is Limeade Listening solving and how is that benefiting you?
