An appointment scheduler that's swift and easy to use.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Setup was surprisingly simple. User interface was excellent. It functions just as I expected it to be. With that in mind, clients were able to set appointments conveniently in under a day after sending out my initial link to their e-mails.

PROS: Setup was surprisingly simple. User interface was excellent. It functions just as I expected it to be. With that in mind, clients were able to set appointments conveniently in under a day after sending out my initial link to their e-mails. CONS: While this may appear like an unimportant and silly comment, their logo looks way too simple --- simple enough to be boring. It's kinda like the logo you see with Google. Maybe keeping their logo interesting could propel them to greater heights?

What do you like best about Engageware? The monthly calendar view for scheduling appointments is user-friendly. Syncing with Google calendar to determine availability works seamlessly. Great price point.

PROS: My customers can easily book their preferred scheduled through a single e-mail request. It offers Outlook integration for my company. Configuration is really easy and straightforward. I can easily set up different kinds of meetings/time blocks for my business.

Great and beneficial solution

PROS: I like it because it allows me to set up appointments as video meetings and I can easily set up instructions through it. I had some missunderstandings about the account and the support team contacted me quickly with the best solution and explanation about the system.

It saves us lot of time

PROS: One of the best things about using Time Trade is the fact that is saves lot of time and it increases efficiencies. I’m able to set up time for the meeting and let the other part to choose best time for the meeting. I don’t have to go back and fort to shcedule perfect time. I’m able to add a link on our site so the prospect could register for a demo at a time that is available. We don’t have to email them in order to set the appointment.

What do you like best about Engageware? The cost for TimeTrade is relatively low and brings me a great return on investment, that's for sure. Using TimeTrade is easy for the website visitor and also for me when it comes to setting up the appointments. I like that I can set custom messages and labeling within the appointment calendar. I'm able to embed the calendar right within my website with just a short piece of code that I copy and paste.

What do you like best about Engageware? I appreciate that TimeTrade allows me to give the customer the option to schedule with me without the persistent back and forth I was doing via phone and email previously. I have embedded in my signature for emails and occasionally it works as lead gen as well.

What do you like best about Engageware? TimeTrade syncs with my calendar application and allows me to quickly and easily see who I'm meeting with and why. I can set up availability within TimeTrade which allows the requestor to easily find a mutually available time to talk with me.
