What do you like best about TimeSolv? It's quite an intuitive easy to use product. If for whatever reason I cannot figure out how to do something (it's happened only twice), the support staff is always available to help. Case in point: I needed to adjust some settings first implemented about 3 years ago. Within a few seconds of putting in a request for a general meeting, one was scheduled for within the hour. What do you like best about TimeSolv? It's quite an intuitive easy to use product. What do you like best about TimeSolv? The whole onboarding process was painless. I met our rep right away and had a tutorial immediately. What do you like best about TimeSolv? It is very user-friendly. It helps us keep track of the billing hours and the type of work we do for each client. It allows us to do reports based on every kind of work, which lets us determine which areas we receive our primary income from. What do you dislike about TimeSolv? I have not found any dislikes yet. What do you like best about TimeSolv? The most helpful thing about TimeSolv is the excellent customer service. They also center the software around the customer, so you can customize the software platform to fit your specific billing needs.
