"Great product, great people. Highly recommend!"

What do you like best about TimeSolv? It's quite an intuitive easy to use product. If for whatever reason I cannot figure out how to do something (it's happened only twice), the support staff is always available to help. Case in point: I needed to adjust some settings first implemented about 3 years ago. Within a few seconds of putting in a request for a general meeting, one was scheduled for within the hour. What do you like best about TimeSolv? TimeSolv is user friendly, web based (so no need to always back up data), and has great customer service, They are always improving their product too. The next steps were laid out in plain language and the costs were explained along the way. What do you dislike about TimeSolv?
