Great Service, even at the Free level

What do you like best? I use the free version and find it very useful for tracking my time and viewing reports. What do you dislike? I don't have any complaints about this free service. Makes Time Tracking & Billing Easy

What do you like best? I love how it tracks my computer activity that I can then use later for timesheets, billing or determine my own productivity. The software is minimalist and doesnt impede in the usual work window. I can see how much time I have spent in different software, different projects etc. What do you dislike? Easy and complete!

What do you like best? After just 1 month of using it, the whole team felt the benefits. It's super user friendly! What do you dislike? When I forget to stop the timer, it goes for ever. It would be better if you finish ur work and forget to stop the timer, to get an email/notification that the timer is still going. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? It always works. It's also easy to bounce b/t devices. What do you dislike? Sometimes the UI glitches but nothing that has impacted my tracking.
