"Changed the Way I Work!"

What do you like best about Time Doctor? I work as an account manager at a full-service digital marketing agency. I am able to track how much time I'm spending idle, how much time I'm spending working in general, and how much time I'm spending on each individual client that I have. This allows us to determine if each client is getting the appropriate amount of time based on their package. We can then adjust accordingly for new clients & our current clients.

Nice handling from their support department

We had a little issue with TimeDoctor: we had forgotten to cancel our trial period, and they charged us for 19 consecutive months while we were not using our contract at Time Doctor. Fortunately, after explaining our situation to their support desk, they agreed to reimburse us in full, which is more than correct from them. Thank you to the support department for its attention to its customers.

"Brilliant App. Every now and then consider a change. But always, I decide to stay with Time Doctor!"

What do you like best about Time Doctor? The Time Doctor task timer has the most optimal implementation of an Idle function. When you go Away From Keyboard (AFK), it pauses the timer. When you return later, the app asks whether to record that time or not. This is super helpful. Most other timers record that time as if you were still at the computer. Occasionally, you DO want to record that time AFK, so it is better to be asked what to do with it. For me, this is the main feature of Time ...
