"Tikit review"
What do you like best about Tikit? That it's streamed lined from Microsoftware. Makes it easy to stay on top of things when everything is connected What do you dislike about Tikit? I feel like their escalation settings could be better. Some tickets need to be jumped to the front of the line and it's not as easy as it should be.
