Everything you need, and nothing you don't

This is an excellent software and a lot of thought has gone into the design. The things that you use most are easy to use, and the things you hardly ever use or don't need are not there at all. I also like how thru AppSumo they made the transition from Calendly to TidyCal very seamless, so that I could in effect just transfer over my templates and the like. Impressive, intuitive, excellently designed software. Highly recommended

Great software

Great software, easy to use and delivers on it's promise. I've used support a couple of times and got a solid service. I only see one problem with TidyCal - they give so much away on their free plan that there's little incentive for a simple user like me to upgrade to their paid plan! So I hope they can continue to support the software and be commercially viable!

All that glitters is not gold!

The hype about only paying a one time fee is all good, but when you need help they’re nowhere to be seen, unless it takes more than two emails to them before you get a response?! I’ve switched to Setmore, much easier to use, integrate, will send reminder emails and is FREE.

Brilliant (and free!) calendar booking tool, best in market

Brilliant (and free!) calendar booking tool. It’s easy to sign up and create your account, extremely easy to create calendar templates. The workflow of booking time - email confirmation - reminder is very effective, both for the owner and client’s experience. Also, the regular emails with tips and guidance is useful and they seem highly responsive to feedback and requests for additional features. Highly recommended.

Been using other calendaring solutions…

Been using other calendaring solutions for a while, paying monthly. TidyCal has everything they have (plus more, actually) with a one-time price. Highly recommend.

Really easy to set up

Really easy to set up, self explanatory all the way. Tried it with selected patients and rolled out to all the others in no time! Excellent, thank you for this tool! Saves me time each day!

TidyCal is a powerful tool that is helping me manage my clients more efficiently. It's so cost-effective and makes complete financial sense to invest in it. I am recommending it to other work colleagues and am excited to have the support of the TidyCal team behind me. They were so responsive in helping me deal with some setup challenges I had. Feels like the future

Absolutely amazing. At around 3 in the afternoon I had no idea how I was going to organise my new small business's appointments, Zoom links, payments, calendar bookings etc., and by 5pm I had a TidyCal account and my first clients were choosing their time slots. TidyCal was easy to link to my Google calendar and Google Meet so that all I have to do is... nothing. I just have to turn up for the calls with my clients! TidyCal automatically sets up a Google Meet or Zoom for me and will take ...

This company has been holding my hard…

This company has been holding my hard earned money (over $700) for over 30 days. There is no contact number to reach them. I have emailed them several times and no one has done anything. Everyone says they are looking into it, even though Stipe has advised of exactly what they need to do to take care of the issue and they have done absolutely NOTHING. My next step is to retain an attorney!! Do not use them, they are scammers!!!
