Ticket Taylor Saved our lives!!

What do you like best? Very easy to use and with me only doing online events Ticket Tailor has saved our lives. We both work in public jobs and so our total income stopped as the Lockdown started. We couldn't claim any help due to various reasons. Ticket Tailor stopped all payments until September so I managed to keep food on our table by doing small online events. What do you dislike? I would like to leave no star at all AVOID!!!

I would like to leave no star at all. These guys are a complete waste of time. No response from Chat Support. Software is clunky like it was written in the 90's. I've sent 7 messages and 2 emails but no reply and thats just to add a drop down box to choose a ticket date - which they have to do themselves, you cant do it yourself!?! AVOID. Trust me I have a Masters Degree in IT, this Ticket Tailor is one of the worst things I've seen in 20 years. Now I have to email them to close my account. ...

Ticket Tailor is the best decision I have made in a long time!

Using Ticket Tailor has completely changed how I produce and sell my shows! In the past I was just selling tickets on Venmo and PayPal and many of my customers did not feel very comfortable just sending money out without getting some sort of ticket in return. Ticket Tailor has filled every need and in the last 10 shows where I started using this service, I sold everyone of them out and had no complaints!

Ticket Tailor is an excellent choice for us

I have just started using Tickettailor, rather than an alternative well known and very expensive site. If we'd used TT for our last 4 day event in February I calculated we would have saved £350. I have been delighted with the facilities TT offers. The interface is clear and easy to read, and most of the information I need is instantly visible, without having to go hunt for it. I love this platform

I love this platform. It's easy to use and integrates well. I wish there were a different fee platform for very small vendors like myself, for after the current crisis as resolved, but very thankful for the free access currently.

What do you like best? Very easy, staff are very helpful also! Great system, very easy to go live and is virtually instantaneous with going love and selling the tickets. The best things is being able to customize the home page of the website with your logo's banners. This, what i believe, gives us a competitive edge over our competitors.
