Ticket Tailor is excellent!

What do you like best? Ticket Tailor is really straightforward at the beginning and the customisable once you get up and running. What do you dislike? Downloading order and ticketing information into a spreadsheet is a bit complicated, but the online tools they provide are so good that you don't really need to do this very often. Don't appear to be adding any value

I bought a ticket via ticket tailor - and received a confirmation email - the confirmation email had a contact email on it which i tried to use - as I neaded to discuss the booking. The email address was invalid, so I used ticket tailors online chat system to get assistance - after a four hour wait I've given up.

Support second to none

TicketTailor are awesome - as an organiser, their fast and super-helpful support team are an absolute bonus, so when I need something I get a quick reply, and if they don't know they look into it until they do! I also love the clean look of the site & the clear pricing structure plus some great features.

I feel they are on my side

I chose Ticket Tailor after being with two market leaders and was struck by how much easier it was to navigate. More importantly payments arrive fairly instantly/ unlike the nearly 12 days after the event (Constant Contact and Eventbrite). Customer service is exemplary and their chat box answers quickly. I bless the day I chose TT and salute them for not charging events until the end of the year. They deserve to be market leaders though hope this doesn’t make them change.

Good system and service

I have used Ticket Tailor for tickets for selling concert tickets. Overall I have received a great service, very helpful and quick response to queries. The system has a good balance between simple and easy to use, yet having enough features to work for different scenarios. And it's competitively priced too.

Excellent, easy to use online ticketing which is cheaper than Eventbrite. Good functionality including ability to add Zoom links. Can export door list.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It allows me to ask buyers custom questions when they purchase tickets, unlike Eventbrite.
