Stable, Cheap and Customisable

After looking at alternative online ticketing solutions we were initially drawn to TicketTailor by their competitive pricing, but they have proven to be great. Their platform is stable, easy to use and very customisable. They even offer a charity discount on top of their low pricing! We weren't sure about choosing someone other than the brand name for organising events online - let's call them Shiny Events - but TicketTailor have met all our expectations.

Really like Ticket Tailor it’s easy for us to use and as a charity we get a reduced cost.

Ticket Tailor is the business

This is the second year I have used Ticket Tailor for my event, Tunes and Spoons. I can't recommend the company highly enough - it's FAR less expensive than any competitors, really simple to set up (I'm a technoidiot and I managed it and if I have a question, someone replies promptly. What more could you ask?

Straightforward and easy to use!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The system is easy to set up and use. With social media links I can promote my events quickly, and it provides a platform where in our increasingly cashless society allows parents to actively support our fundraising efforts. Really helped our fundraising efforts!

By using Ticket Tailor, the Parents' Association have enabled parents the ability to purchase tickets for our fundraising events, without the need to rummage around for their chequebooks, and as we are increasingly a cashless society, it helps us greatly.

Ticket Tailor works really well for events sales for small non-profit

We have used Ticket Tailor for ticketing events at the Pells Pool, Lewes in 2018 and are continuing to use them now in 2019. We have found it a very easy to use and cost effective system. Our ticket charges are relatively low per ticket, so a fixed monthly rate (rather than as a per ticket + % of sales model works out well for us. Plus the charity discount! The check in app also makes for speedy entry. And we are seasonal - so the fact we can then suspend the account until we start up again ...

Ticket Tailor is amazing!

Ticket Tailor is amazing!! I tried two different sites to sell tickets for a fundraising event and they were not nearly as cutting edge or user friendly. Ticket Tailor has a current UI, is easy to manage as the admin, and super easy for my customers to use to purchase tickets and even make additional donations. I found that their fees are one of the lowest too. I connected mine to Stripe and it makes direct deposits right into my bank account from ticket sales. I had a question and had to ...

Ticket Tailor for the win!

I have tried all the major ticketing sites for my film festival and found Ticket Tailor to be head and shoulders above the competition. The site is exceptionally user-friendly and the monthly package - as opposed to hefty commissions charged by rival sites - is advantageous to my business model. No hesitations whatsoever in recommending it.
