Brilliant ticketing system

Brilliant ticketing system. Works really well for our PTA events and it's been well-received by our school community who find it convenient and easy to use. Great features including door list generation and a broadcast email ability to contact event participants. Excellent and quick customer service, especially over the built-in chat interface. We've used Ticket Tailor for 5 events thus far and can't imagine using any other platform for our events going forward.

Time saver

I find the events easy to put together and seemless delivery. The interface is clear and the event pages look good. It would be good to have more editorial control over the pages, and confirmation actions as the app/interface grows. It saves alot of time and admin.

LOVING TicketTailor

LOVING TicketTailor, it is really making a huge difference to our online event sales in the middle of this pandemic. Its taking away the need for cash transactions and is increasing our sales!! It has all the functionality I need to offer different ticket types, limit the number of tickets and add on extras to certain ticket types. I love the ability to add & remove services based on dates. Such a great tool!

I had been using another ticketing website for a couple of years, and was nervous about switching to Ticket Tailor. I shouldn't have been as the whole experience has been great, and in fact Ticket Tailor has proven to be a lot easier to use, which has reduced a lot of stress from our business

Ticket Tailor is great

Used ticket tailor for a community 5k charity event. Great app! Easy to use and great customer service. Ticket sales were easy. Customers had no complaints. Very professional look and feel. Will use it again next year.

Ticket Tailor is brilliant

Ticket Tailor is brilliant! Incredibly easy to use and set up, but powerful and flexible. The pricing is competitive and the Tazotix app for scanning QR codes at the door works incredibly well.
