Useful easy to use time tracking site

What do you like best? It is easy to use and works in conjunction with Basecamp. What do you dislike? There seems to be a glitch now that keeps adding a blank task every time I try to edit a project. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track of artist time spent on a project and particular task. Reporting is a great benefit.

What do you like best? Easy to use and set up projects, I like that you can import projects from Basecamp. You are also able to import template projects, which means for a little set up time you can save time setting up future projects. You can allocate itemized number of hours for projects, and run various reports to track. What do you dislike? Good for tracking hours... not much else. Would be nice to have this integrated with a project manager, calendar and other features... ...

With so many time tracking platforms on the market that try to do too much, it's nice to see something that focuses on one thing (project time tracking and resourcing) and does it extremely well.
