What do you like best about Thymometrics? It is incredibly easy to implement. So intuitive that anybody can do it. It used to be a pain to administer surveys around the office because everybody was afraid for privacy concerns, and Thymometrics really dissolved that problem. What do you dislike about Thymometrics? What do you like best about Thymometrics? It's a really simple tool to implement. No administration from our end and an ability to add more than one 'survey' if want to ask our employees how they feel about other specific subjects such as remote working. Our employees love that it is quick and easy to complete and that they can submit ratings or comments to us whenever they want to share their thoughts with us. It's also very cost effective. What do you like best about Thymometrics? It's always on. We can take a temperature check of our employee engagement, as a whole organisation or by team (or other category) at any time. The communicate feature has been very valuable to give employees a voice (anonymously) and so that their comments don't just disappear. We answer every one and can have a dialogue about a tricky issue, even if we don't know who the employee is, it means people don't dwell on things and we find a resolution. ...
