Great experience with ThunderTix, especially the automated social distancing function!

What do you like best? Ease of social distancing in our auditorium What do you dislike? Dashboard could be a little more intuitive or aesthetically pleasing What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Allowing us to open our venue (church) and regulate attendance while automatically adjusting our capacity for social distancing protocols

User Friendly and Great Support

What do you like best? Thundertix has fantastic support, is very intuitive and is easy for our customers to navigate. I like that some of my colleague in town use the service as well so we are able to talk with one another when we have questions. What do you dislike? As a Canadian I dislike that my invoices show up in American dollars and so I only see the actual price once payment hits my account. What do you like best? ThunderTix makes our daily tours easy to sell, check in, and keep track of our guests across several computers and locations. What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Right from the very start in contacting ThunderTix over the phone, I knew right off the bat, I've got an ideal ticketing system for our choir. Each question being thrown at that time was answered with confidence. System details were broken down in terms that anyone can understand.
