Loving the many functions it has

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I use this software for tracking new and existing customers, marketing in social media, and CRM tools. A great small business management system.

What do you like best? Thryv has great customer service and is always there to help. Whenever you don't understand something, they will either help or find someone who can! They have people on staff who specialize in each area of their system to either walk you through the process or fix the problem for you! What do you dislike? What do you like best? It does many things: texting, emailing, surveys, social posting, and even coupons. I don’t have to buy a tool for each of those things and figure out how to integrate them. What do you dislike? Integrations are limited, so getting the customer data into Thryv continuously is a problem. Easy and user friendly

What do you like best? The ease of use for everyday users. There is also easy access to customer service 24/7. What do you dislike? Some features we pay for we can't use in our line of work. thryv is a great multimedia marketing system and CRM.

What do you like best? I like being able to put my information in once and it gets entered into all search engines and much more. Using the online marketing program has been great as well.
