"A really lovely looking platform that is very easy to use and also has great functionality."
What do you like best about ThoughtFarmer? I like the no-code element of Thought Farmer. It is so easy and intuatiuve to use. However, if you want to get technical there are many options to do this including custom CSS. The no-code element is one of the best I have seen. Thought farmer professional services team were also really helpful and guided us the whole way through the process.

What do you like best about ThoughtFarmer? The system is easy to learn and the resources to do so are top-notch. The biggest plus is that IF you do get stuck, their team is ready to help in a flash.

"Great customer service and easy to use platform"
What do you like best about ThoughtFarmer? The Thought Farmer customer service is great. They work with you from beginning to end by providing training, best practices, and support on layout. Weekly check-ins with the team help answer any questions and address challenges. When a question can't be addressed in the meeting, it gets escalated to the tech support team who are really fast in their responses.

What do you like best about ThoughtFarmer? ThoughtFarmer customer care and the platform itself are excellent. We appreciate the way they are always updating features by really listening to their customers' needs and wants. Our employees are interacting with the intranet daily to access news & updates and get into work apps. Once you understand how the backend works, it is simple to add / change content ongoing. Overall, it is a positive experience.
