So good I've used it in three jobs

I've used Third Light in my last three jobs, the solution works well, saves a huge amount of time and is highly customisable. As other reviewers have already stated, the customer support is excellent. Intelligent, helpful and personable staff answer any query you have, quickly.

Good software, great support!

This companies support team is first rate. The quality and quickness of response is far superior to most similar companies. The library itself is simple, effective, with loads of options to tailor it to your needs. Only one negative in over a year using the system and that's that there isn't an upload app available yet for Android.

What do you like best? Large feature set but with the ability to streamline based on user permissions and needs. Handles video (especially professional video formats) better than any system we've tested (and that includes over 50 DAM solutions). Populating it with the slides our sales professionals need to build their decks quickly can sometimes be a challenge.On June 21st, I reached out to Third Light support with a problem I was encountering while attempting to update Smart Folders after changing the search criteria. Third Light is great for delivery to customers

I've been a Third Light customer for around 9 years and have found them to be fully supportive of my needs. As a freelance photographer I mainly use my account to deliver images to my clients.
