Awesome support team! High quality reporting features!
What do you like best? Our agency's support team is awesome. They came down to visit us for 2 days and walked through the new MyReports feature, as well as got to know our digital team more. Excellent interface, strong reporting outputs and great support teams!
What do you like best? TTD's platform has been very easy to use. The way the DSP and DMP interfaces work together is very seamless. The fact that they've build the platform to be bid factor based makes it much better than other DSP platforms I've used. The detailed pre-formatted exportable Excel reports cut down on so much wasted time! Their account management and support staff is knowledgable, friendly and quick to respond. What do you like best? That you can host your own internal DSP through Tradedesk. What do you dislike? Nothing specific that I dislike since we are still new using it. What do you like best? Agnostic company, great data, awesome customer service, many integrations What do you dislike? Need to manually upload tags since no integration with ad server Recommendations to others considering the product: TTD has great integrations which really allows you to make the most of your campaign.
