Amazing applicant tracking system. Very efficient and effective!

What do you like best? It is very user friendly and has lot of features to make sure that the best candidates are selected. I like the format of the application and how you can edit it in many ways. What do you like best? Easy to use, versatile with big software capability, perfect for the small to mid-sized company. What do you dislike? There's no address book feature. The auto populate is very helpful, but it has limitations. What do you like best? Easy to use. User friendly. Allows us to keep track of multiple job postings without getting confused. What do you dislike? Hiring made easy! No joke.

What do you like best? I love that TAM will post to multiple job boards with one click. We do not have to pay for any other service. I love that if I have to make changes to ad copy - I just log in to TAM and its updated across the board. One of my favorite features is the ability to search the resumes by a certain keyword.
