Great Application for Recruiting!

What do you like best? I like that TAM has a lot of functionalities such as emailing fillable forms to coworkers about certain candidates (score cards, questionnaires, etc.). I also like that adding candidates from outside sources such as Dental Post, Craigslist, and Zip Recruiter is very easy. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I really like the tagging system for the candidates. What do you dislike?
