Easy installation and very user friendly.

What do you like best? Point and click ease of use. User interface is very intuitive and easy. Uploading attachments are very simple. We produce work lists based on whatever criteria we choose.. What do you like best? I really like how easy the integration is between TAM and the job boards. Makes posting positions so quick and easy. What do you dislike? There is no way to sort by area/zip code for candidates. Unless I "Tag" them in the system, it's too hard to manage old applicants in a geographic area. Excellent ATS!

What do you like best? Easy to navigate and customize. Reporting is a breeze! What do you dislike? When sorting under status, as drop down may be more helpful than just typing in the letters, since you may have duplicate statuses that say HR, phone screen, etc. What problems are you solving with the product? Great, easy to use solution that can be customized to meet recruitment needs

What do you like best? Short implementation and "partnering" approach from the support team was refreshing. What do you dislike? Reports are accurate...but not pretty. It would be nice to have more graphics or charts available / printable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My client did not have an ATS in place. TAM has successfully streamlined recruitment and improved hiring manager's engagement in the hiring process.
