What do you like best? I really like how easy the integration is between TAM and the job boards. Makes posting positions so quick and easy. What do you dislike? There is no way to sort by area/zip code for candidates. Unless I "Tag" them in the system, it's too hard to manage old applicants in a geographic area. What do you like best? Being able to share applicant information without having to print all the documents has been a blessing! What do you dislike? I dislike that I have not had time to learn all that I can regarding using TAM.
