What do you like best? The Applicant Manager's ability to track applicants who apply multiple times, and are blocked, etc. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ease of use, charts are great that show the number of applicants per job. I like tags a lot and customization is great as our positions are quite niche-y. What do you dislike? Good for a basic Talent Acquisition tool

What do you like best? TAM is excellent for being able to pick up very easily by users of the system including managers with little experience using applicant management software. It also is highly configurable. What do you dislike? I was not employed by Auberge Resorts when this tool was selected, but it seems that there are disjointed pieces and functionality between different sites within our company. User friendly and efficient

What do you like best? The format of TAM is very easy to navigate. It is to the point, and offers many features to assist you in your hiring process. My favorite thing about TAM is that when you post a position, you have the option to post on several job pages at once, as well as an automatic repost option, and instructions on how to post craigslist manually. TAM - Great Tool for Small Business

What do you like best? I love the new (to me) feature that allows employees to complete new hire paperwork electronically. What do you dislike? I wish that customization were a little easier to manage. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are really minimizing the turn around time on new hires/onboarding.

Great Applicant Experience but Poor Reporting Options

What do you like best? The Applicant Manager is easy to use and the applicants are able to apply quickly with little to no difficulties. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I really like the ease of use; it's very user friendly, also the job postings to free job boards and social media share functionality are great. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the flexibility of using a previous template to open a new job post. Being able to call support and they immediately fix the problem. What do you dislike?
