What do you like best? I love how customizable TAM is. Ive used many different applicant tracking systems in my career but the problem that i've found with the others is the lack of ability to customize. Working in the government contracting industry my candidates require a security clearance. Other systems I've used don't allow me to easily, or even at all, create fields for clearance information and levels. Good features for a small to medium size company. Great technical and personal support.

What do you like best? Terrific support. Can call or email and get almost immediate quality response. The few times there wasn't an immediate solution available, there was still prompt follow up.
