"Great Program"
What do you like best about Textmagic? I love the template option, it works well for my business, its an amazing time saver. instead of rewriting the same message a few times or copying and pasting, I have it right there in the system Thank You! "great product - does what it says on the box"
What do you like best about Textmagic? it works, it's easy to use and does exactly what I want What do you dislike about Textmagic? There is nothing missing from the product that I would need What problems is Textmagic solving and how is that benefiting you? it's easy to contact my customer by text when I do not have a business mobile and any of my staff can send a message from there work station

"Excellent user interface and ease of use"
What do you like best about Textmagic? Uncomplicated, doesn't keep signing out, easily shared, good functionality What do you dislike about Textmagic? Contacts management could be easier. Pictures? What problems is Textmagic solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping in touch with clients who don't have access to email and providing them a mechanism that's easier for them to contact us.

What do you like best about Textmagic? Can copy and paste phone numbers and email addresses from e-mail right into Text Magic. Also like the template options. What do you dislike about Textmagic? Nothing that I can think of............. What problems is Textmagic solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to send a text quicker than using cell phone.

What do you like best about Textmagic? It's simple and cost-effective. We needed a solution to convert alerts from our helpdesk from email to SMS messages to allow our engineers to get alerts on their mobile devices. "paying per text ala carte is great, restrictions not so good"
What do you like best about Textmagic? Paying per text (ala carte) drew me to textmagic from my previous carrier. Other providers require you to fund an account and use it within a time frame. What do you dislike about Textmagic? photo and video attachments show as a link the user needs to click on to view. it spoils the experience and gives the message a feel of an unauthentic text. What problems is Textmagic solving and how is that benefiting you? communication to multiple parties at one time.
