"Great Program"

What do you like best about Textmagic? I love the template option, it works well for my business, its an amazing time saver. instead of rewriting the same message a few times or copying and pasting, I have it right there in the system Thank You! What do you dislike about Textmagic? That I am unable to send and receive picture texts I wish I would be able to see which wasn't read by me yet when we get a new message and it is read by anyone it comes up as read in the system. sometimes I have ...

What problems is Textmagic solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping in touch with clients who don't have access to email and providing them a mechanism that's easier for them to contact us.

What do you like best about Textmagic? It's simple and cost-effective. We needed a solution to convert alerts from our helpdesk from email to SMS messages to allow our engineers to get alerts on their mobile devices. After searching around for some time, someone recommended Text Magic After a short amount of time, we had our service set up, and all out-of-hours alerts were being sent via SMS to our field engineers ensuring we never missed a critical alert for a client. "paying per text ala carte is great, restrictions not so good"

What do you like best about Textmagic? Paying per text (ala carte) drew me to textmagic from my previous carrier. Other providers require you to fund an account and use it within a time frame. What do you dislike about Textmagic? photo and video attachments show as a link the user needs to click on to view. it spoils the experience and gives the message a feel of an unauthentic text. What problems is Textmagic solving and how is that benefiting you? communication to multiple parties at one time.
