What do you like best about Textmagic? TextMagic is user friendly with so many different features What do you dislike about Textmagic? Customer Service is not what it should be. What problems is Textmagic solving and how is that benefiting you? TextMagic reaches more people than we could using email.

What do you like best about Textmagic? Very convenient to use. The best option that I found. It came recommended by someone else, and I see why. What do you dislike about Textmagic? Not sure. I'm happy with TextMagic and will continue use. What problems is Textmagic solving and how is that benefiting you? We target to specific lists and can respond back.

What do you like best about Textmagic? Ease of use UGi, PAY-as-You-Go, easy to import contacts What do you dislike about Textmagic? False positives--- claimed 100% delivery (charged me for it); poor customer service (filed right away), long delay in NOT resolving issue and refunding erroneous charges. What problems is Textmagic solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy bulk contact to member/subscriber base. When it works, it's actually pretty good. Aids in productivity.

I had an Employee that used her cell to text pictures to Customers, they would call her cell for company business. When she left she quit answering texts and calls or directed Customers somewhere else! Now I spend $20 to $30 per month and use my landline number. Cheaper than a dedicated cell plus texts can be read on any computer! What do you dislike about Textmagic? Nothing that I have found! It works ...

What do you like best about Textmagic? Easy-to-use and maintainable application that allows both high-load and occasional text messaging. As a small business, the fact that the credit stays valid and does not expire is a true plus ! What do you dislike about Textmagic? I see no reason to dislike the functionality. "Charged w/out warning. email stating “account auto renewed”. Excuse me? No thank you."

What do you like best about Textmagic? Not their billing style, thats for sure. What do you dislike about Textmagic? The fact that they take it upon themselves to decide that I want to renew and may account and give them money which I never wanted to pay. Recommendations to others considering Textmagic: Put your payment on a prepaid card. Don't give access to your account. What problems is Textmagic solving and how is that benefiting you?
