"Textline is 10/10"

What do you like best about Textline? I own a medical clinic, and the Textline HIPAA-compliant texting is fantastic. Their customer service is some of the best I have ever dealt with. They are also very responsive to any suggestions you make about their program to make it better. Their shortcut function is fantastic, too.

What do you like best about Textline? The text history follows the customer journey inside Zendesk better than Zendesk's own Support product. It's nice seeing all the history in one spot
