What do you like best about TextExpander? East to set up, easy to use, saves me tons of time form typing the same responses over and over. Works really with sales reps that are fielding a lot of the same questions daily. I love getting the monthly report on how much time I've saved. What do you like best about TextExpander? Templates are easy to set up and work very well. Also easy to edit. What do you dislike about TextExpander? The app seems to crash more than usual. "Useful but glitchy"
What do you like best about TextExpander? I like how I can customize as many expanders as I want. Including drop down options for certain expanders or autofill codes. I like that I can even put in simple words that spelled differently within my company so that it will expand them this way as I type, without the extra effort. The google chrome extenstion is super helpful to add expanders easily as welll as search for ones that I can neccesarily remember. What do you dislike about ...

What do you like best about TextExpander? The ability to shortcut words and phrases or sentences. What do you dislike about TextExpander? It constantly makes my keyboard stop working. This causes me to have to close everything I am working on and restart my computer. What problems is TextExpander solving and how is that benefiting you? It takes less time to type out an email to a customer. However, when the keyboard stops working that is pointless.

What do you like best about TextExpander? I cannot overstate the improvements to our team processes that this small but mightly program has given us. All of our email templates live in TextExpander now, replacing both GMail Canned Responses and Salesforce templates.
