What do you like best about TextExpander? Able to store a lot of snippets and customize content What do you dislike about TextExpander? Could have a better way to file snippets outside of folder groups, maybe by tags or categories What problems is TextExpander solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about TextExpander? The ability to shortcut words and phrases or sentences. What do you dislike about TextExpander? It constantly makes my keyboard stop working. This causes me to have to close everything I am working on and restart my computer. What problems is TextExpander solving and how is that benefiting you? It takes less time to type out an email to a customer. However, when the keyboard stops working that is pointless.

What do you like best about TextExpander? key pieces of text (email address, phone number, signature, long terms, links to publications) can easily be typed that way, and it saves you a huge amount of time. This really is a transformative piece of software -- when it works, but now several times has gone unstable on me. Very very annoying.
