"Easy texting to staff and clients"
What do you like best about Text Request? It's great to be able to send out texts to clients and staff easily. Able to see texts as they come in. What do you dislike about Text Request?

Lacking basic functionality
While a good user interface, the inability to send/receive groups texts, shared contacts and videos make this a barely serviceable solution.

We switched to text request about 7 or 8 months ago, and it has been great we all love it compared to our old messaging service!!!!
