Text Request - Streamlined Marketing
I use Text Request weekly for marketing for my department. It has made texting clients much more streamlined, as we can separate clients into segments and market accordingly. It makes mass texting with clients much more efficient.

Great blend of reasonably priced features
Text Request offers a great blend of features at a reasonable price. Other services we looked at wanted to charge us right off the bat for a sweat of features we aren’t sure we’ll ever use. Text Request offers plans that let us start with basics allowing us to grow in the other features over time, or not. We recently had to switch voice carriers which was a pain. 25% surcharge while waiting for 10DLC approval is bad business
Platform and onboarding were good. The reason I am only giving 1 star is because of the 25% surcharge while I am waiting to get the 10DLC approved. I filled out the information BEFORE I had my number ported - doing everything I need to do on my end, and now I'm paying extra waiting for approval on your end. The surcharge should not be there for people who have submitted their information and are waiting for the 10DLC approval

Great App!
It is a very user friendly application, I've struggled with figuring out some stuff in regard to mass messages but overall I love it and my company wouldn't not be able to function without it!
