The overall set up process was smooth
The overall set up process was smooth. I do wish that in there would have been a little more communication with the Payrix process. Just maybe letting us know about the hold on funds for 5-7 business days. Other than that I have been impressed!

Took longer than anticipated.
With all of the initial communication, we were led to believe that converting from another company could happen the same day that I signed up for Text Request. It took 2 days for us to be able to send texts using the new service. I'm still not sure what the problem was.

What do you like best about Text Request? Overall the interface is intuitive and easier to use than some of the other text messaging software our company has used in the past. It looks clean and modern and the ease of implementation couldn't have been any easier. Customer support has been farily responsive as well with any questions we have had. We use it every day to communicate with members of our organization.

What do you like best about Text Request? Concise communication to employees, especially about frequent updates and/or staff-wide announcements, has been made much easier using mass texting and templates. Integrating the Chrome extension into daily use also ensures that we can utilize texting directly from an employee or client's profile. This is a daily tool that we use every for 24-hour notice and communication and it's improved communication times.
