What do you like best? Tettra is our go-to for sharing internal knowledge. If anyone has a question about benefits and onboarding to how to use the printers the first response is always, "Have you checked Tettra?" 9 times out of 10 the answer can be found there. Great experience and easy to use

What do you like best? Love the Slack integration and how easy it is to search. What do you dislike? Nothing to mention really. It's been great all the way around. What do you like best? It's super helpful to have one source of truth to point people to when onboarding new hires. When people have questions about things like our vacation policy, benefits, or even where the printers and scanners are in the building and how to set them up with your laptop, it's really nice to have one centralized location to point people to. What do you like best? Tettra is super user friendly, making it easy to create an internal knowledge base for your company. I got to use it extensively at my previous company to create documentation for my team, and it was a breeze for anyone to create and share something. Whenever anyone had a question, they knew exactly where to look first, Tettra. What do you dislike? I can't say I had a bad experience, but I will say that for smaller teams Tettra might not be a great fit. My ...

Keeping it together

What do you like best? I like that the entire database is searchable, that you can specify who sees what, or just keep something completely private. What do you dislike? I dislike that it doesn't save sometimes when you think it does. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to keep a record of our discussions and procedures in the making. Very helpful because you can keep teams on task.

What do you like best? A quick and easy way to store and access data/info about your companies practices. Especially good for CS teams as we can document workarounds/resolutions to common problems What do you dislike?
