"Groundbreaking Analytics for Customer Support Interactions"

What do you like best about Tethr? Tethr itself is a fantastic product. I love using it and seeing at-a-glance information with very little effort. The thing I like best, though, is the training process. The Tethr team is present through in person trainings, support tickets, and even email questions through the onboarding process.

What do you like best about Tethr? Tethr has enabled us to look at thousands of interactions in a report and compare the results. Instead of doing things manually, it has allowed us to use AI and understand the trends and patterns. It has also enabled us to build dashboards so we can look at the graphs and determine any noticeable issues.
