"Test Dome works great!"

What do you like best about TestDome? The user experience is very friendly and easy to navigate. It is easy to track with candidates, and the tests are easy to build as well. There are so many questions to pick from which is also great. It's easy to invite candidates, easy to download their tests and save and share their results. You get a breakdown of their answers. "Easy and Simple"

What do you like best about TestDome? Simpel, easy and fast process to create tests and invite candidates. What do you dislike about TestDome? There is not enough flexibility in designing test sessions. What problems is TestDome solving and how is that benefiting you? We evaluate all of our new tech employees by Testdome tech tests, and we get a good idea about their capabilities. We have our technical evaluation, but Testdome helps us get the first impression

"Expensive but good"

What do you like best about TestDome? For MSSQL testing I haven't found better. The SQLLite used is close enough for this to be effective and the test questions are challenging enough. What do you dislike about TestDome? At around $10 a test it is expensive. I also dont like that the price listed does not include tax but I guess that's an Americanism. What problems is TestDome solving and how is that benefiting you? Testing SQL developers. Good platform, no time limit on when to use the tests.

What do you like best about TestDome? I like that we can take candidates through a performance test on their own time. In-person whiteboard sessions are antiquated and unfair to candidates who don't perform well with an audience watching. It's great to have a solution that we can customize and give to our candidates in an environment similar to how they'd work at their job. I am not notified by email as soon as a candidate finishes a test. What problems is TestDome solving and how is that benefiting you? Test Dome is helping us get more qualified employees. We are better able to evaluate the skill level of the people applying for our positions so we get who we need.

What do you dislike about TestDome? Lack of enough hard questions in the collection, some topics are less covered. That should be improved.
