It's easy to create tests and we often combine several topics e.g. for a PHP backend engineer some PHP OOP questions mixed with SQL and shell script stuff. What do you like best about TestDome? Easy to use, prebuilt tests. Test not too onerous for test-takers. Direct comparison of test takers What do you dislike about TestDome? Nothing really. There is a good selection of tests available. Ideally, a few more Excel tests would suit our needs. What problems is TestDome solving and how is that benefiting you? We've noticed a strong correlation between test results and in-job performance. So we expect to use TestDome for all future recruitment.
