What do you like best about TestDirectly? The ability to customize workflows as well as the second to none technical support What do you dislike about TestDirectly? System can be a bit complex requiring customer support, however, their tech support team are very reactive and helpful What problems is TestDirectly solving and how is that benefiting you? Creating lab workflow efficiencies which are critically important during high volume, high demand COVID testing
