I pushed hard for certain features before we launched. At the time, Terryberry had not done them before, so it took some extra development time. What do you like best about Terryberry? Customer service in helping your company select, plan, and deliver awards and awards programs is exceptional. Having a dedicated person you can contact when you need awards, especially in short time frames, is incredibly helpful. Quick ship awards are really great too - you know you'll have a classy, quality award available to hand out on the spur of the moment.
