Great customer service, excellent product.
What do you like best? I love their Terms and Conditions generator, and I'm working it into my process as a web developer so all my clients can use it to generate their T&Cs. I also accidentally purchased a premium subscription before I was ready, and they quickly and easily processed my refund when I contacted the support team. What do you dislike? I'd love to have the option of creating multiple T&Cs under one account; that way I could keep all of my clients' documents in once place ...

No support, misleading features.
What do you like best? There is nothing in particular that I like. What do you dislike? It clearly states in the features that users can host the privacy policy on their website. However, this is not true. It's only an embedded version that is actually hosted on Termly. Support hasn't responded in 3 weeks... No refund issued. Overpriced and overpromised
What do you like best? You are able to create a compliant Privacy Policy & Terms of Use in less than 10 minutes. What do you dislike? On their own website, they claim, "if you upgrade to a premium membership, you can build policies for as many sites and apps as you need." However, this isn't true.
